A demand draft worth Rs 500/- drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of CIHL, payable at Hyderabad.
2.
All your academic documents including SSC, 12th and above certificates, kindly note SSC or 10th certificate roll number which is required for you going ahead to next page.
3.
Your scannned / digital passport photograph.
After applying online you will be given an application number at the end, kindly use it for future references.
