MSIT believes that soft skills are essential for IT professionals and hence, trains students in Business Writing, Presentation Skills, Time Management, Stress Management, Conflict management and Team Building to name a few. Regular Workshops by Leading Instructors from C&K Management Ltd are conducted. Students are also provided with Digital Content and a dedicated Soft Skills Mentor does continuous assessment. Weekly Presentations, Seminars and Group Discussions by Students reinforce their learning

MSIT programme includes a significant amount of soft skills so that students are able to integrate their knowledge across fields to solve complex problems, communicate well and work in multi-cultural teams.
